Return And Cancellation

Cancellation and Return Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped, please contact our Customer Care Centre 1800-121-7422 or email us at getphab@wearesimpl.com. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.
  • Purchases made from online store of www.getphab.com cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full replacement of products that might be damaged in transit or has quality issues. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone.
  • Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 30 days of placing the orders. Any queries or concerns beyond 30 days from order confirmation date will not be entertained.
  • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your original payment method.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by SIMPL’s and accept SIMPL’s decision regarding the cancellation.
  • Return not accepted if Customer does not like the product.
  • Return not accepted if the product/package is used or tampered.
  • All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable

Refund Policy:

  • We endeavour to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • We reserve the discretion on refunds on any product sold. Once products are sold they can also be exchanged for replacement or credit note within 7 days of the receipt of the order provided the product is unused and not tampered with and meets our returns standards.
  • If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please contact our Customer Care Centre 1800-121-7422 or email us at getphab@wearesimpl.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. After the return has been completed we shall verify the same and send you a fresh product.
  • COD orders are not returnable and not exchangeable.
