Do I have to register on getphab.com?

Creating an account on getphab.com will give you access to limited edition offer, early access to new products and earn and retain store credit. In addition to the convince of quick checkouts and easy tracking of your past orders with us. But if you prefer you can check out as a guest.

Are there any charges for registration on getphab.com?

No, registration is completely free.

I have registered my account; how do I edit my information and change my password?

Login to your account on getphab.com and click on the ‘my account’ button. From here it is easy to update and manage your account details pertaining to your addresses, phone numbers, email ids, password.

How do I track the status of my order?

You can either login to your account to review the status of your order or review the order confirmation email which was sent to you on your registered email address at the time of order confirmation. You will receive an additional confirmation message once your order has been shipped through our shipping partners.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All our orders are processed within two working days if the order is received before 17:00 (5 pm) Monday to Friday. Orders once received after 17:00, on Saturday/ Sunday or on Holidays we will begin processing the following working day. Once shipped through our shipping partners, depending on the location your order should reach you in about 5 working days. Inadvertent delays may occur due to travel restrictions due to weather, festivities or other external factors that are outside our control. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be minor processing and shipping delays.

Who ships your orders?

Our packages are shipped via reputed national courier partners with tracking information, the tracking information will be provided to you shortly after shipping and you can track your package via our courier partner site online.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments with credit cards, debit cards, net banking and a host of e-wallets. We also accept COD payments in select locations across India – please verify your COD eligibility before placing your order using the Pin Code verification tool. COD (Cash on Delivery) is provided through our delivery partners. COD orders will attract a service fee of ₹ 50 per order.

Why is COD not available to me?

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

Where do you ship?

We ship orders to most addresses across India only. Please check shipping eligibility using the Pin Code verification tool before checking out. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses or addresses outside India.

What are the shipping charges?

A nominal shipping fee of Rs. 50 is charged to ensure your package reaches you in-time and in good shape.

When will my order be handed over to me?

Our courier partners will be able to deliver your shipment to you on working days between Monday through Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time may be subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

I paid online; the money has been debited from my order has not been placed successfully. What do I do?

If your account has been debited after an order failure, the debited amount is automatically returned to the original payment method. It is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on getphab@wearesimpl.com with your order number for any clarification.

Are there any other charges? Any hidden charges at the time of checkout?

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped, please contact our customer care center 1800-121-7422 or email us at getphab@wearesimpl.com. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

What is your return policy?

Products that are unused and that are not tampered with may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please prepare your package with the original invoice, original packaging and place a return request by contacting our customer care center on 1800-121-7422 or email us at getphab@wearesimpl.com to process your return. Orders placed via COD are not returnable and not refundable. Product that have been tampered with or opened cannot be returned.

What is your refund policy?

Once your order has been returned to our warehouse and its status has been verified – your payment will be refunded to your original payment mode. This process can take up to 14 working days from the date of the return. Orders placed via COD are not returnable and not refundable.

Are your products safe for Diabetics?

Please consult our dietician by reaching 1800-121-7422 to know more about how you can consume our products. Our dietician will help answer specific questions about the ingredients that we use and how you can include Phab products in your diet.

Can children consume your products?

Children can safely consume our Protein and Energy bars.

Why should I subscribe?

Subscription is a great way to save money. You can save up to 10% off the MRP based on the subscription duration that you choose. It is also a good way to ensure that you never run out of your favourite product.

When will I receive my subscription order?

Depending on your subscription duration, a fresh order will be shipped every 30 days from the date of your first order.

How do I pay for the subscription?

You will pay up front for the full subscription. The cost is to be paid is MRP multiplied by duration less the applicable discount. Sorry, subscriptions cannot be cancelled.

I’ve revived a damaged product, what should I do?

Products may get damaged during shipping. If you have revived a damaged product – please reach out to our customer care center on 1800-121-7422 or email us at getphab@wearesimpl.com. Our customer care team will guide you through a return and refund/ replacement process based on our assessment of the damage and stage of damage.
